摘要
初步探索将“点—轴开发”理论与区域综合交通网的战略发展耦合,针对性地提出了区域综合交通网“点轴型”开发模式。并以甘肃为例,从解决综合交通网现实发展与未来需求的矛盾入手,重点阐述了运用“点—轴开发”理论,加快构建以“三点五轴”为主体的综合交通网点轴系统,按照“点—轴渐进式开发、以点带线联网拓面”的发展模式和空间布局结构型式构筑多枢纽互联型、区域均衡型和开放型的现代化省域综合交通网的战略构想,以期能为非均衡型区域、发展中地区在构筑区域综合交通网方面提供一些思路和工作参考。
The theory of "point-axle development" coupled with the strategic development of the region comprehensive transportation network is preliminarily explored and the "point- axle type" development pattern of the region comprehensive transportation network is presented. And taking Gansu Province as an example, and aiming to resolve the problem between current situation and future demand of developing of the comprehensive transportation network, a detailed description of how to reconstruct the transportation network on a strategic level is made, and a concept of how to quicken the steps of building the "3 point and 5 axle" comprehensive transportation network point-axle system by the "point-axle" theory is posed. According the development pattern and the network forming way of "Advance gradually the tlype development by point-axle, develop the surface by the point-line-network working" to eonstruct modern and opening provincial-linked, multi-hinge, balanced comprehensive transportation network, some thinking and work reference to constructing the region comprehensive transportation network for nonbalanced areas and developing areas are presented.
