In the age of Globalization, An operation of the International Institutions are getting more and more concerned by the people. There are a few schools in IR theory which have different views on International Institution. This article compares the Rationalistic International Institution theory with the Constructive International Institution theory, Analyzes the limits of the Rationalistic International Institution theory, and Indicates that Constructivism can overcome the limits of the Rationalistic International Institution theory to a degree.
