摘要 通过对射孔工艺、射孔参数、射孔液、射孔完井过程中压实等因素对油井产能影响的分析,可以看出不合理的射孔参数、不匹配的完井液、不先进的射孔工艺及不正确的射孔完井过程都会对油层造成极大的伤害,因此在实际工作中我们注重优化射孔工艺、优化射孔参数,注重射孔液与油层配伍性,保证负压射孔,使新井产能达到方案的要求,见到了很好的开发效果。 Well productivity can be affected by perforation technology, perforating parameters, perforating fluid, and compaction during perforation completion, etc. Based on the analysis of the influential factors, it can be found that unreasonable perforating parameters, unmatched completion fluid, non-advanced perforation technology, and incorrect perforation completion process will seriously damage the oil reservoir. Therefore, during field operation, the peroration technology and perforating parameters should be optimized, and the compatibility between perforating fluid and oil reservoir should be considered to ensure negative pressure perforation. With the application of this method, the productivity of new wells can meet the demands of the project and good development results will be obtained.
