摘要 针对萨北油田部分偏心井口的定点测试井液面高、参数高的实际问题,随作业检泵时下入防磨助抽器,不仅防止了抽油杆偏磨,而且达到增加原油产量和提高泵效的目的。改善了部分偏心定点测压井高液面的现状,充分利用和提高设备的利用率,为抽油机井高含水后期的高产液井挖潜治理、保证合理沉没压力下运行提供了新的技术支持。 In Sabei oilfields, the pinpoint test fluid level in partial decentralized wellhead is high with high parameters. So, eccentric wear control and pumping improvement device is laid down during pump inspection to prevent the eccentric wear of the pump rod, increase oil production and improve the pump efficiency. The present situation of high pinpoint test fluid level in partial decentralized wellhead has been improved, the equipment has been fully applied and the utilization ratio has been increased. This method can be used for further development and adjustment of high liquid production pumped wells at late period of high water cut, and to ensure the operation under reasonable submergence pressure.
