Applicability Analysis of MA-SAS Water Soluble Polymer Anti-scale Agent for Field Test

MA-SAS水溶性聚合物阻垢剂选用烯丙基磺酸钠为含磺酸单体,由马来酸酐(MA)和烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)聚合而成。其最佳工艺条件为n(MA):n(SAS)=1:1,体系pH值为4．0-4．5,反应温度75℃-80℃,反应时间4-5 h。MA-SAS阻垢性能优于现在常用的HEDP,并与其他常用药剂具有良好的配伍性。根据阻垢剂的特点并结合萨北油田的实际情况,进行其现场应用的适应性分析,表明其适用于大庆油田有限责任公司第三采油厂。

MA-SAS water soluble polymer anti-scale agent is the polymerism result of maleic anhydride (MA) and SAS which is the sulfonic acid bearing monomer. The favorite condition is n (MA) : n (SAS) = 1:1, pH value is 4. 0-4. 5, reaction temperature and reaction is 75 - 80℃and 4 - 5 h, respectively. The behavior of MA- SAS polymer anti-scale agent is better than that of HEDP that is widely used at present. It has good compatibility with other ordinary chemical agents. Applicability of MA- SAS water soluble polymer anti-scale agent is analyzed according to its property and real situation of North Saertu oilfield, which has demonstrated its good compatibility in this test area.
