摘要
本文应用电生理方法研究了中枢应用白细胞介素2(interleukin-2,IL-2)对脾交感神经放电活动的影响。用urethane和α-chloralose麻醉Sprague-Dawley大鼠,第三脑室微量注射基因重组人IL-2300U,观察到牌交感神经冲动数减少。在IL-2注射前后应用阿片受体阻断剂纳洛酮(naloxone,Nal),均可阻断这种效应,但单独应用Nal对脾神经兴奋性没有影响。实验中未观察到IL2对体温和动脉血压的影响,说明IL-2抑制脾神经电活动的作用不是通过对体温或血压的影响产生的。以上结果提示,IL-2可以在中枢神经系统通过某种由阿片受体介导的通路对交感神经系统的兴奋性产生影响。
The effect of central administration of interleukin-2 (IL-2) on the splenic sympeathetic nerve activity was studied. Intracerebro ventricular infusion of recombinant human IL-2 (300 U/rat) elicited marked long term (> 120 min) decrease in the electricaf activity of the splenic nerve without altering blood pressure and body temperature.This splenic effect could be blocked by prior or post treatment with an opioid antagonistnaloxone (1 mg/kg, iv). Naloxone alone injected intravenously had no effect on thesplenic nerve activity. These results imply that the inhibitory effect of intracerebral IL2 on splenic sympathetic nerve activity is mediated by opioid receptors.
