HPLC determination of papaverine hydrochloride in compound Tianshanjincai granules

目的:建立复方天山堇菜颗粒中盐酸罂粟碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用 HPLC 法,色谱柱为岛津 VP-ODS 柱(150mm×4.6min,5μm),甲醇-缓冲溶液(醋酸铵0.35%,三乙胺0.03%)(60:40)为流动相,流速为1mL·min^(-1),检测波长为240nm。结果:盐酸罂粟碱的线性范围为0.13-0.64μg·mL^(-1),平均加样回收率为98.1%。结论:所建立的方法简便、可行,重复性好。

Objective ： To establish a method for determination of papaverine hydrochloride in the compound Tians- hanjincai granules. Methods ： HPLC method was developed for the determination of papaverinc hydrochloride in the compound Tianshanjincai granules on a column of VP - ODS （ 150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） , methanol - buffer solution （ ammonium acetate 0. 35 %, triethylamine 0. 03 % ） （60： 40, v/v） as a mobile phase, flow rate 1 mL · min^ -1 and detection wavelength at 240 nm. Results：The range of linearity was 0. 13 -0. 64 μg · mL^-1, the average recovery was 98.1%. Conclusion：The established methods is simple, feasilble and reproducible.
