高效液相色谱法测定脂质体中棕榈氯霉素的含量

HPLC determination of chloramphenicol palmitate in liposome

目的:测定棕榈氯霉素脂质体中棕榈氯霉素的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法。色谱条件:C_(18)柱(250mm×4.60mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇,柱温25℃,流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长为271nm,进样量20μL。结果:棕榈氯霉素的线性范围为0.56～1.04μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.9%。结论:本法操作简单,精密度好,结果准确可靠,适用于该制剂的质量检验分析。

Objective： Determination of chloramphenicol palmitate in liposome. Methods： HPLC C18 column （250 mm × 4. 60 mm,5 μm）, the mobile phase consisted of methanol, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^- 1, the column temperature of 25 ℃ ,the injection volume was 20 μL. Results： The method offered good linearity 0. 56 - 1.04 μg · mL^-1 for chloramphenicol palmitate （ r = 0. 9999 ）. The average recovery rates were 100. 9%. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate and reliable for the quality control of chloramphenicol palmitate in liposome.
