稳心颗粒对不稳定型心绞痛病人hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α及sICAM-1的影响

Effect of Wenxinkeli on hs-CRP, Interleukin- 6, TNF-alpha and Adhesive Molecule Levels In Patients with Unstable Angina

目的研究稳心颗粒对不稳定型心绞痛（UA）病人高敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF—α）及细胞间黏附分子-1（sICAM-1）的影响。方法采用ELISA法测定48例不稳定型心绞痛病人、36例稳定型心绞痛（SA）病人和20名健康者（对照组）血清hs—CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、sICAM-1及血管细胞黏附分子-1（sVCAM-1）浓度。对UA病人予以稳心颗粒每次9g，口服，每日3次，疗程8周～12周，观察治疗前后hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、sICAM-1及sVCAM-1的变化。结果UA组病人hs—CRP、IL-6、TNF-α,sICAM-1及sVCAM-1水平高于SA组（P〈0．05）和对照组（P〈0．01）。而SA组与对照组比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗后UA病人血清hs—CRP、IL-6、TNF—α、sICAM-1及sVCM-1水平显著降低（P〈0.05）。结论UA病人体内存在着炎性反应，可能与其冠状动脉病变的不稳定性有关，稳心颗粒具有抗炎、稳定斑块等作用。

Objective To study the effect of Wenxinkeli on high sensitive C - reactive protein （ hs CRP ）, interleukin - 6 （ IL - 6 ）, TNF - alpha （TNF- α） and soluble adhesive molecules （sICAM- 1, sVCAM- 1 ） levels in patients with unstable angina（UA）. Methods Plasma levels of hs- CRP, IL - 6 , TNF - α , sICAM - 1 and sVCAM 1 were determined in 48 patients （pts） with UA and 36 pts with stable angina （SA） using enzyme liked immunosorbent assay. Data were compared with 20 normal controls. Forty eight pts with unstable angina received oral Wenxinkeli for8 - 12weeks. Results Plasma levels orbs - CRP, IL - 6, TNF-α, sICAM - 1 , sVCAM - 1 were significantly higher in pts with SA （ P 〈 0.05） and normal controls（P〈 0.01 ）. There were no difference between the two latter groups （ P 〉 0.0 5 ） . After treatment, the average levels of hs- CRP, IL 6, TNF- α, sICAM- 1, sVCAM - 1 in pts with UA de creased significantly （P 〈 0.05）, Conclusion Inflammatory reaction existed in pts with UA, being related to the non- stability of the pathogenesis of coronary. Wenxinkeli could resist inflammation.
