摘要
目的观察养心汤对家兔心肌缺血模型血清一氧化氮(NO)及其合酶(NOS)含量、心肌病理形态学改变,探讨其治疗不稳定型心绞痛的确切作用机制。方法将24只雄性家兔随机分为3组,每组8只,即正常组、模型组、治疗组。在高脂饮食形成动脉粥样硬化斑块基础上,复制成类似于人类的不稳定型心绞痛病理变化的家兔心肌缺血模型。治疗组予养心汤灌胃,4g/kg每日1次。连续2周观察NO、NOS含量。结果正常组兔NO、NOS含量8周与10周时无明显改变高脂喂养8周后模型组与治疗组NO、NOS分别(37.05±1.99)μmol/L,(10.20±0.97)U/mL,均优于模型组(P<0.01)。结论养心汤通过调整血管内皮功能,提高NO、NOS的产生,从而保护缺血心肌,这可能是其治疗不稳定型心绞痛的作用机制之一。
Objective To explore the effect of Yangxin decoction on NO and NOS content in serum and pathomorphism changes in rabbit with myocurdial iscnemia. Methods Twenty - four male rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups (normal group, model group and experimental group), 8 in every group. The myocardial ischemia model was established by balloon dilatation causing artery atheromatous plaque reduced by high fatty diet to be unstable, which was similar to pathologic change in human unstable angina. Result Yangxin demotion could promote NO and NOS content in serum of rabbit and alleviate the pathologic changes of myocardium obviously Conclusions Yangxin decoction had the function to improve endothelial cell dysfunction by protecting vessel endothelial cell and reducing the formation and liberation of NO and NOS, which might be one of the mechanism of Yangxin decoction for unstable angina.
