针刺抗脑缺血再灌注损伤中TRkA对PSD-95表达的调节作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的在肯定针刺抗缺血性神经元凋亡的基础上,进一步探讨电针对大鼠局灶性脑缺血脑内PSD-95表达的影响。方法采用大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞为局灶性脑缺血模型,以针刺穴位为治疗手段,用免疫组化SABC技术DAB显色的方法显示PSD-95受体。结果缺血组大鼠丘脑网状核阳性神经元的表达高于正常组的表达。电针组的表达低于缺血组。针刺对缺血侧神经元PSD-95表达的下调作用可以被TRKA的拮抗剂LY所抑制。结论针刺对缺血侧神经元PSD-95表达的下调作用与TRKA有关。 Objective To study the influence of electroacupuncture on the PSD- 95 in the Focal Cerebral Ischemia. Methods By the animal model of middle cerebral artery occlusion and employing in situ hybridization method, the PSD - 95 receptor in the neuron of CNS in the SD rat, with curing the focal cerebral ischemia by electroacupuncture were analyzed. Results ①the expression of positive neurons in reticulum nuclear of thalamencephalon in ischemia group was much higher than that in normal group. ②the expression of positive neurons in reticulum nuclear of thalamencephalon in electroacupuncture group was much lower than that in ischemia group. ③ the inhibitive effect of electroacupuncture to PSD- 95 expression could be inhibited by LY, which was the antagonist of TRkA. Conclusion TRkA was related to the express of PSD - 95 and electroacupuncture.
