摘要
本文简要地概括了长江三角洲地区城镇发展的密集性、经济持续增长和城市发展差距较小等三大特征,指出了当前由于经济对外依存度过高而对经济增长稳定性造成的问题和资源环境制约的严峻形势;描绘了城市区域化加快、产业与人口继续集中、多元化解决建设用地供应以及产业重构、空间重组、环境重新塑等未来趋势。
This paper summarizes three main characteristics including densely development, sustainable economic growth and smaller gap of development between urban and rural areas in Yangtze Delta. It analyzes problem of stability in economic growth due to the overdependence on FDI and the restriction of resource and environment, and describes the trends of faster urban-regionalization, continued concentration of industries ＆ population, supply of construction land, industrial restructure, spatial reorganization and environment readjustment in the region.
