“泛珠三角”:一国之内的经济区域化?

“PAN-PEARL RIVER DELTA”:ECONOMIC REGIONALIZATION WITHIN A COUNTRY?

“泛珠三角”是一个新的构思,于2003年底由广东省委书记张德将提出,并得到泛珠地区9个省区和2个特别行政区积极的回应与参与。本文尝试分析“泛珠三角洲”的政治经济含义,特别是比较这样的一国之内的区域性经济组织与国际间区域性经济组织的异同,从而探讨泛珠在中国内部的定位。

＂Pan-Pearl River Delta＂ is a new concept, which was put forward at the end of 2003 by ZHANG Dejiang, the secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, and was actively responded by the 9 provinces and 2 special administrative regions in the Pan-Pearl area. This paper attempts to analyze the political and economic meaning of ＂Pan- Pearl River Delta＂, especially to compare the differences and similarities between such a regional economic organization within a country and an international one, so as to discuss the position of Pan-Pearl River Delta in China.
