摘要
在当前全球经济一体化与城市高速发展的新时代,由于城市空间区域不断扩大,产业不断集聚,交通繁忙,城镇连绵区迭加,城市人口规模不断扩大,水土资源流失,环境不断恶化,造成了我国城市化区域许多新的问题以及对社会经济的严重挑战。本文特别针对在21世纪城市化高速发展时期,如何运用科学发展观,构建和谐社会,提出了中国城市化健康发展五个关键性策略,对有关问题作了深入的探索。
In the new are of global economic integration and rapid development of cities, lots of new problems have emerged in the urbanization areas due to the constant expansion of urban spatial area, continuous concentration of industries, crowded traffic, enlargement of the city population size, running off of water and land resources, and deterioration of the environment, which bring challenges to the social economy. How to apply the scientific concept of development and construct a harmonious society during the rapid development period of urbanization in the 21st century becomes an important topic. This paper puts forward the five key strategies for the healthy development of China＇ s urbanization and discusses relevant issues, wishing to arouse the academic debate among the readers.
