三联疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎120例临床观察

TREATMENT OF ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS BY TRIGEMINAL THERAPY:A Clinical Observation of 120 Cases

为观察三联疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。以关节活动度、胸廓扩张度、CRP、ESR、免疫球蛋白等为指标,对符合《美国风湿病协会1984年修订的纽约标准》的采用三联疗法(三联疗法组)治疗的120例AS患者与采用二联疗法(二联疗法组)治疗的82例AS患者的临床疗效进行对照观察,并进行统计学分析。结果显示,三联疗法治疗组有效率为90.0%,二联疗法组有效率为51.2%,两组比较(P<0.01),有显著的差异,表明三联疗法治疗AS疗效优于二联疗法。

In order to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of trigeminal therapy(TT) on ankylosing spondylitis(AS),the joint activity,thoracic expansion,CRP,ESR,Ig,etc of 120 AS cases according with《The New York Standards of the American Rheumatism Association》(Revised in 1984) and treated by TT were observed and compared with those of 82 cases treated by bigeminal therapy(BT);the observed and compared results were analyzed by statistics.The results showed that the effective rates of the TT and BT groups were 90.0 % and 51.2 %,respectively with a significant difference(P < 0.01),suggesting that TT has an advantage over BT.
