延胡索有效部位提取工艺研究

Studies on the extraction technology of corydalis alkaloid from corydalis tuber

目的:改进延胡索总生物碱的提取方法,测定延胡索乙素的含量。方法:采用正交法,考察提取方法、提取溶媒、酸碱度等因素,以延胡索乙素为考察指标,用高效液相色谱法测定延胡索乙素含量,寻找延胡索总碱最佳提取工艺。结果:酸碱度对延胡索乙素的得率有极显著的影响。结论:采用碱性乙醇提取最佳。

Object： To improve the extraction method of corydalis alkaloid, and determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine. Methods： The content of tetrahydropalmatine was determined by HPLC. With the recovery of tetrahydropalmatine as the appraisement standard, the extracting technology including extraction solvents and pH values was optimized by otthogonal design. Results： The extraction recovery was affected remarkably by the value of pH. Conclusion： The best extraction condition was with alcohol （under pH 〉 7） as extraction solvent to extract.
