高效液相色谱法测定注射用头孢米诺钠的含量

Determination of content of cefminox in injection by HPLC

目的：测定注射用头孢米诺钠含量和有关物质。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱采用Kromasil C18柱，以醋酸-甲醇-四氢呋喃（99：0．5：0．5）为流动相，检测波长254nm。结果：在12．5-2500μg进样量范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），RSD为0．55％。结论：本方法快速、准确。

Object： To determine the content and related substances of cefminox sodium in injection. Methods： An HPLC method was established by using a Kromasil C18 column and acetic acid- methanol- tetrahydrofuran（ 990： 5：5, v/v/v） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear over the range of 12.5 - 2500μg/ml for cefininox （ r = 0.999 9）. The precision was 0.55%. Conclusion： The method was rapid and accurate.
