摘要 周围血管病变是导致肢体缺血的主要原因,近年来干细胞移植改善肢体缺血的基础与临床研究逐渐深入。本文从骨髓单核细胞移植、外周血干细胞移植和脐带血干细胞移植这三个方面,对目前干细胞移植治疗肢体缺血作一综述。 Periperal vasculopathy is the main cause resulting in limb ischemia. Recently, preclinical and clinical research atout cell transplantation for limb ischemia therapy is going deeply. This review presents updated study of stem cell transplantion for tbe treatment of limb isehaema, focusing on transplantation of bone marrow mononuclearcell (BM-MNC), peripberal blood stem call(PBSC) and umbilical cord blood stem cell(UCB).
