摘要
哮喘患者常用的吸入糖皮质激素主要有二丙酸倍氯米松(BDP)、布地奈德(BUD)和丙酸氟替卡松(FP),吸入糖皮质激素治疗支气管哮喘可以发生全身及局部不良反应,常见的不良反应主要有丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴抑制作用、骨质疏松、咳嗽、声音嘶哑、真菌感染等。不良反应多数比较轻微,对患者的健康影响较小,但也要引起医生足够的重视。
The inspired corticosteroids common used in patients with asthma mainly includes BDP, BUD and FP, which can result in system or local side effects in treating bronchial athma. The common adverse reactions are inhibition of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis （HPAA）, Osteoporosis, cough, hoarse voice, fungous infection and so on. Although most of thse adverse effects are slight and do little harm to patients＇ health, we should also pay more attenttion enough to it.
