摘要
目的:探讨采用铸造支架结合弹性树脂联合义齿修复多数牙缺失以解决传统义齿显露金属卡环影响美观的问题。方法:采用弹性树脂作唇颊侧基托及前牙、前磨牙的卡环,后牙及舌侧采用铸造支架,制作修复体38件。结果:联合可摘局部义齿具有良好的美观效果及咀嚼功能。结论:铸造支架与弹性树脂联合义齿兼有两者的优点,又克服了各自的不足,值得在临床中推广。
Objective To search a kind of combination denture of casting framework and elastic resin to solve the esthetic problem of traditional removable partial denture. Methods The method use elastic resin for labial and buccal base plate and the clasps of incisor and premolar,using casting framework for molar and lingual side,38 cases was restorded. Results The combination dentures have good aesthetic effects and mastication function. Conclusion The combination dentures have the advantages of both casting frame and elastic resin and can be used widely.
