泰索帝放射增敏作用的动物实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究表明泰索帝以浓度依赖性的、可逆性的与细胞内微管上的β-亚基N端第31个氨基酸直接结合,从而将细胞周期阻断在G2+M期,提示它可能具有潜在的放射增敏效应。为此,通过动物肿瘤模型来观察泰索帝对C57BIf6小鼠Lewis肺癌放射敏感性的影响。
