精神分裂症与甲氨基γ-酸系统关系的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来有研究开始关注γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)系统,认为该系统在精神分裂症发病中起重要作用。脑内GABA由脑内含量最高的氨基酸-谷氨酸在谷氨酸脱羧酶(glutamic acid decarboxylase,GAD)的催化作用下脱羧而成。细胞内及释放到突触间隙的GABA有以下三种去向:①在GABA转氨酶(GABA transaminase,GABA-T)的催化下,生成琥珀酸半醛(Succinyl semialdehyde,SSA),后者经琥珀酸半醛脱氢酶(succinic semialdehyde dehydrogenase,SSA-DH)催化生成琥珀酸(succinic acid),进入三羧酸循环氧化,或在琥珀酸半醛还原酶(succinic semialdehyde reductase)作用下生成γ-羟丁酸(gammahydroxybutyric acid,GHB)。
