摘要
目的对不同动物十二指肠和回肠肌层及肌间神经丛进行形态计量学比较,为小肠的生理、病理学研究提供资料。方法取人、兔和大鼠十二指肠、回肠,常规组织学制片HE染色和PAS反应,镜下观察并进行形态计量学分析。结果两段小肠环形肌均比纵形肌厚,自身比较P<0.05,P<0.01,但回肠纵行肌比十二指肠纵形肌有所增厚。人的肌间神经丛最大并且所含神经元的个数最多;三种动物神经丛体积比较P<0.01。结论三种动物肌层厚度与肌间神经丛形态计量学比较存在明显差异。
Objective: To check the differences on muscular layer and auerbach plexus of duodenum and ileum in human, rabbits and mice and provide data for physiology and pathology study.. Methods: The duodenum and ileum of healthy human, rabbits, mice were used in the study. The sections of duodenum and ileum were stained with HE, and PAS reaction, observed and studied by the method of morphometry under the light microscope. Results: The circular smooth muscle layer was thicker than the longitudinal smooth muscle layer in three kinds of animals P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01, but the longitudinal smooth muscle layer of ileum was lightly thicker than that of duodeum. There were remarkable differences in the size of auerbach ganglia in three kinds of animal P 〈 0.01, and the size of auerbach ganglia and the number of neurons of human are the largest in three kinds of animals: Conclusion: The results showed that there were remarkable differences in thickness of muscular layer and the size of auerbach ganglia of duodenum and ileum in three kinds of animals.
