Harmony in Differences: Socialist Political civilization in Perspective of the Globe

社会主义政治文明建设是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内涵之一,这一内涵要求我们在全球范围中审视社会主义政治文明,把握社会主义政治文明所具有的“和而不同”的时代特征。作为现代政治文明的基本形式,社会主义政治文明具有与资本主义政治文明相同的方面;而作为人类政治文明的高级形态,社会主义政治文明则具有资本主义政治文明不可比拟的优越性。

The construction of socialist civilization is one of the important task of constructing the harmonious socialist society. This task requires us to examine socialist political society within the world and master the time feature of ＂harmony in differences＂ of the socialist political civilization. As a basic form of the modern political civilization, the socialist political civilization has much in common with the capitalist politicval civilization, but as the advanced form of human political civilization, the socialist civilization enjoys the advantages that the capitalist political civilization never has.
