The promulgation of Electronic Signature Law provides a legal base to the application of E-contracts and makes it pos-siblefor E-contracts to replace traditional contracts. This article is about the implementation of the management system for E-contracts based on E-signature. The system realizes the confidentiality of information transfer, the integrality of data exchange, the undesirability of message delivery and the confirmation of the bargainers' identity. So it canensure the system's security.
