虾青素改善D-半乳糖致衰大鼠抗氧化功能的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的——研究虾青素对D一半乳糖致老大鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法一用D一半乳糖注射Wistar雄性大鼠5个月,建立衰老模型。对模型组和药物组肝脏、肾脏、心脏、脑和前列腺等脏器MDA含量、SOD、GSH—Px酶活性进行测定及比较。结果一药物组各脏器MDA含量均比模型组有显著降低(P<O.01),而SOD、GSH—P】【酶活性比模型组有显著升高(P<O.01)。结论一摄入适量虾青素可以有效地增强大鼠机体抗氧化能力,从而延缓D一半乳糖诱发的大鼠衰老。 Objective The influence of astaxanthin on the antioxidantive function of D - galactose induced aging rat. Methods To cause aging, Wistar rats were given injections of D - galactose for 5 months. Then they were randomly divided in four groups, including model group, low - does medication group, middle - does medication group and high - does medication group whose the content of MDA and the activity of SOD and GSH -Px of different viscera (liver, kidney, heart, brain, prostate et al) were tested and compared. Results-Compared with model group, the content of MDA in the medication group were significantly decreased (P〈0.01). However, the activity of SOD and GSH -Px was significantly raised (P〈0.01). Conclusions Astax- anthin can increase antioxidantive function of rat to stay D - galactose induced consenescenec.
