摘要
通过熟读研析《湿热病篇》,将薛生白治疗湿热病的经验概括为宣表散湿、理气化湿、清热祛湿、健脾运湿、祛风胜湿等治湿大法,充分展现了薛生白分焦论治及根据湿邪对脏腑的影响,注意治理肺脾肾三脏的化湿用药特点。
Dampness - eliminating methods in Hygropyretic Diseases as dispelling the surface dampness, regulating qi to eliminate dampness, invigorating spleen to transmit dampness and dispelling wind to eliminate dampness were analyzed in this paper, to show Xue Shengbai＇ s drug administering characteristics on eliminating dampness which were characterized by treatment based on energizers division, the influence of damp pathogen on zangfu organs, and emphasize on the treatment of lung, spleen and kidney.
