摘要 提出了一种适合于高低压变换的软开关双向DC/DC变换器,该变换器为隔离Boost变换器和全桥变换器组合而成的电流—电压型拓扑。详细分析了能量双向流动和实现软开关的原理。提出一端稳压和一端稳流的控制策略,可实现能量双向流动的自由转换。采用一种启动电路,可抑制Boost模式启动时的冲击电流。 A ZVS bi-directional DC/DC converter for high-low voltage conversion is proposed in the paper. The converter is composed of an isolated Boost converter and a bridge converter, so it is a current-voltage hybrid type. The principles of bi-directional energy transfer and soft switching are analyzed. A control scheme adopting one port voltage regulated and another port current regulated is proposed, which achieves a free bi-directional transition of energy. A start-up circuit is also proposed to limit the start-up rush current of Boost converter.
