纯电调控制系统在俄供超临界机组的应用

摘要 国华绥中发电有限责任公司1号机组为俄供800 MW超临界燃煤机组,汽轮机调速系统为原苏联设计的电液并存的调节系统,该系统投产以来存在诸多问题,2004年机组进行首次大修期间对其进行了改造,为此简单介绍了原调节系统和存在的问题,详细介绍了改造方案,并介绍了施工经验、运行中存在的问题和处理方法。 The unit 1 of Guohua Suizhong Power Generation Co. Ltd. is an 800 MW supercritical unit. The speed control system of its turbine is electro-hydrolic cooperative control system designed by the former Soviet Union. In the system, there have been a lot of problems since commissioning. The system was transformed during the first overhaul of the unit in 2004. Therefore this paper introduces simply the old control system and its problems ,expounds the upgrading plans of the system ,the experience in construction, the problems in operation and its solution.
