摘要
针对尺寸较小的小模数齿轮齿形误差的测量,提出了基于CCD和图像处理技术的齿轮齿形误差的测量方法。在测量中,为了更准确地获得边缘位置信息,对图像进行了中值滤波、二值化、边缘提取,亚像素拟合等处理,并解决了齿轮圆心确定、定标、多幅图像间的图像拼接等问题,以及在分析齿形误差的测量方法和测量过程的基础上建立了测量数学模型,从而完成了整个测量过程的设计。实验表明:采用图像测量方法使测量的最大绝对误差为9.2mm,对小模数齿轮齿形误差的测量提供了一个有效途径。
Aiming at the gear involute-error of'the small module gear with small dimension, the measurement method based on the CCD and image processing technique is presented. In order to acquired precise edge location data,the median filter, binarization, edge extraction arithmetic and sub-pixel fitting arithmetic are used in the image processing. The calculation of circle center,the conversion relations of pixel and real dimension,the image splicing is solved. After the measurement method and measurement process of gear involute error is analyzed, the measurement model is established. Experiments result show the method adopted is feasible, the absolute error of measurement is less than 9.2 mm and the method adopted is useful for the gear involute error of small module gear with small dimension.
