摘要
介绍了基于激光位移传感器与电涡流位移传感器的位移差动法在线检测纸坯厚度的原理及测量系统的软硬件设计。该测量原理完全消除了造纸机卷纸滚筒的径向跳动对测量结果的影响。通过对各个传感器标定,并采用最小二乘法线性拟合标定数据,进一步提高系统的测量精度。
The principle of paper thickness on-line measurement using displacement differential method based on laser displacement sensor and electric eddy current displacement sensor is introduced. Both hardware design and software design in the measurement system are also presented. The influence of the radial runout of paper roller on the measurement result is completely eliminated. The measurement accuracy of the system is further improved through the calibration of sensors and least square fit of the calibration datum.
