摘要
从企业成长过程的视角研究企业持续成长的问题,由此建立了一个企业持续成长的模型。该模型把企业持续成长划分为三大阶段:初成长、高成长与再成长。
Based on the theory of the growing process of the enterprrse, the constant development is discussed and a pattern Ires been established. The process of the constant growth is divided into three periods： initial development, high speed development and redevelopment. The ways of the constant development of the enterprise Ires also been diseussed.
