Now, the originating rate of AIDS is an upward trend all over the world, and there are 650 thousand infected persons approximately in china. A great deal of floating population and limited know rate is the important factors of AIDS prevalence. So, author thinks family planning department is preponderant in preventing AIDS, and health education and action intervention are effective measures to prevent AIDS.
