摘要
介绍了国内自行研制的首台与1000MW超超临界发电机组配套的单相370MVA/500kV主变压器的研制情况,从技术参数、产品结构、设计中为提高变压器的可靠性而采用的关键技术等方面作了详细分析介绍,给出了该产品的试验结果分析及当前安装运行状况。该产品的研制成功,证明我国已经完全具备超大容量发电机变压器的制造能力。
From the key technologies of improving transformer reliability such as technical parameters, product structure and design, the research and development conditions of 370 MVA/500 kV single - phase main transformer were introduced in detail, which is the first one for forming a complete set of 1000 MW super supercritical generating unit made by domestic manufacturer independently.The test result analyses,installation and operation conditions for this product were given.The success of R＆D of this product proves that China has had completely the manufacturing capability of generator transformer with super large capacity.
