摘要 发电厂补水率的大小,直接影响电厂运行的经济效益和安全性,同时也反映出发电厂运行技术的管理水平。针对郑州新力供热电厂补水率大的原因:供热回水无法回收、减温减压器的正常疏水损失、高压除氧器排氧门开度过大等,对相关的系统及设备进行改进,同时对运行调整方式进行优化,使全厂的补水率有了较大幅度的下降,提高了运行管理水平和发电经济效益,消除了不安全因素。另外,对暂时不能解决的问题,也提出了建议。 Make-up water rate in a cogeneration power plant has a great influence on the economic benefit and safety of the plant' s operation.At the same time,it also reflects the management level of operation technology of the power plant.In view of the causes for the large make-up water rate ila Zhengzhon Xinli cogeneration.Power plant: return water for heating couldn' t be recovered,the normal drains of temperature and pressure reducer was lost, and the opening of oxygen exit valve of high pressure deaerator was too large ete.,the relevant system and equipment were improved and meanwhile the operation-adjustment mode was optimized,now the make-up water rate of whole plant has been greatly reduced,the operation management level and power generation economic benefil have been vaised,and the unsafely factors are eliminated.In addition,for the problems unable to be solved temporarily,the improvement propvsals are put forward too.
