Currently excessively large type selection of draft fans for circulating fluidized bed （CFB） boiler is the main cause fortoo high head of primary air fans,large flow,low efficiency,high electricity consumption,large vibration, being unable to operate safely over a long period of time.The paper puts forward the on-site repairing-cutting handling method of fans＇ vanes,analyzes the theoretical tasis and features of repairing-cutting.After repairing cutting,good effect has been achieved.
