摘要
以白色链霉菌SL-F 2-110为产生菌,着重从菌种选育和补料工艺两方面研究提高白色链霉菌的盐霉素产量。结果表明,①氯化锂前处理与紫外线复合处理后筛选出的突变株盐霉素发酵产量有很大提高;②在基础培养基中减少豆油加量,采用中间补豆油控制,发酵水平与没有补料的相比有较大提高。
The study refers to the improvement of fermentation process for increasing the yield of salinomycin. Using Streptornyces albus SL-F2-110 as the producing strain, the yield of the fermentation can be increased largely with the method of mutagenesis induced hy UV and LiCI and the optimization of the bean oil feeding for salinomycin fermentation process.
