摘要
物业管理企业实现“品牌企业”的战略目标,必须内求团结、协调,外求和谐、发展,在完善现代化管理服务的同时,应充分重视并积极运用公共关系管理的有效途径,以适应我国的经济、文化背景,满足行业特点与需求来解决自身发展的环境制约问题。
In order to attain strategic objectives of “brand enterprises”, estate management enterprises must be united and coordinated inside enterprises and establish outside harmonious and developing relationship, must pay full attention to and actively use the effective methods of public relations management to adapt to China's economic and social backgrounds and to meet the demand of characteristics of the industry, so as to solve restriction problems of self-development.
