摘要
和谐是中华法律文化传统的基本理念,对东亚一些国家的法律体系产生过深远影响。当代和谐法律理念是东亚法律发展的基本前提和内生动力,是对西方传统法治进行反思与超越的结晶,具有对东亚法治甚至人类法治产生一定效用的示范作用。
Harmony is one of the key conceptions of Chinese legal tradition, and has exerted great influences on the legal systems of some East Asia countries. The conception of harmony in contemporary Chinese legal system is the fundamental premise and impetus of the development of Asian legal system, and will play an exemplary role for global legal development as soon as East Asian.
