西方新闻专业主义是资产阶级的重要概念,随着新闻业史的发展及其专业水平、理想追求和职业伦理发生衍变,并在专业追求与现实表现、新闻价值要求与社会需求、职业道德与效益利润等方面渐渐形成悖论,体现出西方新闻与政府、大财团及个人利益之间相互依赖的关系,解构了西方新闻专业主义的神话。中国新闻事业,在借鉴西方新闻专业主义的合理成分时,必须解决好新闻专业主义与政府体制的矛盾关系,这是其当前抉择。

Journalistic professionalism is an important concept of the bourgeoisie. As the development of journalism history, the pursuit of ideal and the ethics of occupation have been changed; and by government and financial group, there have being become three dilemma： the ideal and its presentation, journalism value and social requirement, moral and benefit, which have exploded the myth. In order to grow and flourish, the cause of journalism of China must resolve contradiction between journalistic professionalism and political system.
