摘要
为了提高控制精度、改善系统的静动态特性,针对液压马达速度伺服系统的非线性时变特点,提出了电液速度伺服系统中液压马达速度的控制方法。通过模糊推理在线实时调节PID参数,使系统控制参数达到全局优化,解决了一般PID参数只是对于某一工作点局部优化的问题。与单纯PID控制器相比,模糊PI方法使系统动态性能和鲁棒性得到了大幅度提高,试验结果表明了该方法对非线性系统大范围控制的有效性。
Considering the parameters variability of the electro-hydraulic velocity servo system, a control method of hydraulic motor velocity in electro-hydraulic servo system is introduced. The fuzzy PI controller is applied to the system, and the control parameters can reach the global optimization. The local optimization problem in the common PID is overcome. The method can accelerate the dynamic response and improve the static perfomance and control precision. The method reduced the overshoot and load turbulence effectively. The experement results show that it is very validity for nonlinear system and the mathematic prototype system.
