摘要
目前高师教育教材缺乏相应的教育教学能力培养与训练的结构体系,为此,高师教育学教材建设应根据教材知识内容,科学设置训练项目;精心编写案例,训练学生能力;通过尝试教学,促进知识向能力转化;组合教材,讲授与自学结合,建立科学的考核能力的内容,以达到培养和训练学生的教育教学能力。
At present, Pedagogy textbooks of teaehers's colleges lack a corresponding structural system to develop and train education and teaching abilities. Therefore, the construction of Pedagogy, textbooks system at teachers' colleges is required to scientifically set up training items, painstaking edit cases, and train students' abilities. By means of teaching practice to help the ability transfer from knowledge, composing textbooks, integrating teaching and self- teaching, and building scientific contents of ability examination, it' s possible to develop and train students' education and teaching abilities.
