农村土地依法、自愿、合理地流转具有诸多积极作用与意义,但农民对土地的依赖性、思想的局限性、活动区域的固定性、土地用途的专一性等因素影响和制约了农村土地的流转,因此,要采取必要对策,消解影响和制约因素,促进农村土地流转。

Legal, voluntary and rational circulation of rural land has much positive significance, but the factors like farmers＇ dependence on land, limitations of their thought, stability of their movement area, and specificity of land use etc. influence and restrict the rural land circulation, therefore measures must be taken to eliminate these factors and promote the circulation of rural land.
