摘要
目的:探讨昆藻调脂胶囊对治疗高脂血症性脂肪肝的作用机制。方法:采用高脂饮食及30%酒精复制高脂血症性脂肪肝模型,实验分组为模型组、昆藻调脂低、中、高剂量组、东宝肝泰对照组和正常对照组。以高、中、低剂量昆藻调脂和东宝肝泰进行干预喂饲,然后测定各组大鼠血清、肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:模型组大鼠血清、肝组织中SOD活性均较正常组明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);MDA含量均较正常组明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。与模型组比较各治疗组大鼠血清、肝组织中SOD活性均明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);MDA含量均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:昆藻调脂胶囊可显著提高大鼠SOD活性和降低MDA含量,提示该药物能清除自由基,提高机体抗氧化能力。
Objective :To investigate the actions of Kunzao Tiaozhi Capsule (KTC) in the therapy of fatty liver with hyperlipidemia. Methods : Rat model with fatty liver was established by feeding high fat diet and 30% alcohol. Divided the groups into model group, low dose group, middle dose group, high dose group, and DongBao GanTai (DBGT) group as well as control group and normal group at random. Each treatment group was given its own medicine during modeling, then tested the SOD activity and the MDA contents in the blood serum and hepatic tissues all groups. Results :Tile SOD activity in the blood serum and hepatic tissue of tile model group were significantly reduced than the normal group( P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05), the MDA contents in the blood serum aod hepatic tissue of the model group were all higher then the normal controt group( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). Compared with the model group, the SOD activity increased remarkably( P 〈0.01 or P 〈 0.05)and the MDA contents nmch lowered( P 〈 0.05)in the blood serum and hepatic tissue of each treatment group. Conclusion:Kunzao Tiaozhi Capsule's effect of increasing the SOD activity and reducing MDA contents remarkably, it shows that the capsule could remove the free radical and enchance body's capability of anti - oxidation .
