摘要
在摩托车油箱类大型制件的胀形模生产中.由于材料拉伸变形较大,容易导致零件开裂、起皱等问题.通过对零件在拉仲胀形过程的应力分析,确定零件在成形中产生内皱等故障的原因.并对模具结构进行改进,用聚氨醣橡胶代替原钢制凸模,很好地解决了零件出现的缺陷.在生产中已获得了成功并投入使用.
Cracks, goffers and other defects often occur because of the big tensile deformation in the production, by expansion mould, of large workpieces of motorcycle oil tanks. By analyzing the stress during the tensile and expansion processes of workpieces and formatting the causes of internal golfers, we improve the mold structure and use polyurethane rubber instead of steel convex mold, This improvement eliminates the defects from workpieces and can be successfully used in production.
