社区卫生服务患者满意度影响因素分析

On factors influencing patient's satisfaction degree in community health service

对广东某城区18个社区卫生服务中心900例患者满意度情况进行了调查,运用卡方检验和Log istic回归对患者满意度的影响因素进行了筛选。结果表明:该城区的社区卫生服务患者满意度为76.5%,患者满意度的主要影响因素为年龄、服务态度、就诊环境、就诊费用、技术水平等因素。

Utilizing data from the investigation of the satisfaction degree to 900 patients in 18 community health service center in Guangdong province, a study of the factors influencing to the patients＇ satisfaction degree was conducted by x2-test and Logistic regression, It is found that the patient＇s satisfaction degree in the urban area was 76. 5%0. The major influencing factors to the patient＇ s ,satisfaction degree are age, service attitude, medical environment, medical expense ,technical level and so on.
