丝／毛混纺纺纱技术探讨

A Probe into Spinning Technology of Silk-Wool Blended Yarn

在实践的基础上对丝／毛混纺的原料选择、纺纱规格、工艺流程、工艺配置以及成纱质量进行了初步的分析与探讨。通过试验认为：用现有绢纺设备，合理选择混纺比，采用适当的工艺路线和工艺参数，能够纺制出较高质量的丝／毛混纺纱。

A preliminary analysis and probe is made through practice on raw material selection,spinning specification,process flow and layout for silk-wool blended spinning,as well as the quality of the resultant yarn.The experiment indicates that the current waste silk spinning equipment can produce relatively high quality silk-wool blended yarn by selecting proper blending ratio, appropriate process and technical parameters.
