摘要
目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童视、听觉反应时的差别及影响因素。方法采用计算机反应时测定方法,对2组儿童(共140人)进行视、听觉反应时各项指标的测定及分析。结果平均反应时、最慢反应时、最快反应时2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);视、听觉反应错误率ADHD组儿童均高于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论ADHD儿童处理视、听觉信息的准确性比正常儿童差,视、听觉反应错误率可作为ADHD儿童检测的特异性指标。
Objective To explore the difference of reaction time between attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) children and normal ones, and the effecting factiors. Methods 70 children with ADHD and 70 normal children were selected to assess the visual and auditory reaction time by using the computer reaction time test system. Results ADHD children were compared with normal controls, and there were not obviously differences on reaction time of visual and auditory reaction time tests( P 〉0.05);obvious differences only existed on errors rate of visual and auditory reaction time teste (P 〈 0,05 or P 〈 0.01), Conclusion Children with ADHD do not process visual and auditory information correetily like normal controls, Errors rate of visual and auditory reaction by way of specific detection index is used to examine children with ADHD.
