提出一种新的形态气象预报评估方法,改进原先形态预报评估方面的缺陷,并且提出了2种基于散乱数据拟合的数值实现方法.由于形态预报范围很广,这里主要针对比较重要的一种———降雨预报.

A new method to comment the form weather forecast is proposed. The disadvantages of the classical methods are modified and two numerical approaches based on discrete data fitting are proposed to realize this method. The results in practical use are given at the end.
