黄河裸裂尻鱼染色体核型的初步研究

The Chromosome Karyotype of Yellow River Schizothoracin(Schizopygopsis pylzovi)

采用活体PHA—秋水仙素注射法,研究黄河裸裂尻鱼的染色体核型。试验结果表明,黄河裸裂尻鱼二倍体染色体数目为2n=92,核型式为24m+24 sm+22 st+22 t,NF=130。黄河裸裂尻鱼可能是二倍化了的四倍体,可能起源于鲃亚科中某些原始类型。

The chromosome karyotype in Yello river schizothoracin （Schizoygopsis pylzovi） was described by PHA-Colchicine injection in vivo. The results showed that Yellow river schizothoracin had diploid chromosome number of 92, with karyotype formula 24m ＋ 24sm ＋ 22st ＋ 22t, and NF = 130. It was considered that Yellow river schizothoracin may be tetraploid that already were diploidized, and originated from some primitive Barbinae fishes.
